  THE WORST EXPERIENCE I MY SELF AND MY FAMILY EVER EXPERIENCED EVER , after a so called routine cleaning hygienist Hannah, for one I'm respnoning 6 hrs later and my wife and daughter mouth is in pain from her going scrap crazy , and on me well she recommended not to have cleaning without doing a over $200 cleaning with a revisit every 3 months witch of course insurance doesn't cover, when I said I'll talk with my wife and schedule at later date, I just want a cleaning for today she continued to decline the cleaning and kept trying to sell me on uninsured motivations, THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING, after stabing my gums for several minutes witch seemd Like hrs I finally stopped her and said " it's been a while since a woman made me cry " she didn't even show any consideration and continued, then again was selling me on extensive procedures, the actual dentist finally came inn and said there are there some minor underlying issues but at least gave me actual options to address and unforeseen and issues, at this point, it's been 3.5 hrs and still have not had routine cleaning , I reintegrated I just want cleaning today and schedule others at later date, still being told by hygienist would not recommend cleaning without expensive and lengthy cleanings with procedures, this point I took off the paper guard and continued to front to speak with wife since apparently she did not want to clean my teeth, after talking with my wife the manager witch was very nice I believe her name was Tammy she wore all green lol, she saved the day and cleaned my teeth and did great job, and I am so glad because Hannah that clean my wife and my daughters teeth, the person who pushed unneeded procedures , they are both still in pain , after a cleaning so do you really think I'm going to have extensive work done when a cleaning is supposed to be painless m, I think not

  My experience was the worst dental visit I have had anywhere, it was brutal. All they seem to care about us your insurance and it seems they cannot keep a dentist to stay. I will never return and would not recommend this dental practice to anyone.
