  I have been a member of this gym for over 20 years. The owner does a great job of keeping the equipment updated and in great condition. Great rates. A wonderful environment and atmosphere. The 24/7 setup is beneficial to those whose work schedule isn't flexible. I strongly recommend the Lions Den to anyone who is serious about working out and wants to improve their physical condition.
